Apartments

The cottage U Čiháků offers accommodation in two comfortable self-contained studio apartments in the village of Stožec in Šumava National Park. Both apartments are on the top floor and have their own private entrance off a communal lobby for boots. In each apartment can sleep four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, also separate shower room with toilet. Free Wi-fi and parking are provided.

Stožec

The village Stožec is situated in the valley of the Cold Vltava River. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling or cross country skiing in winter months. 15-km long in-line skating path to Nová Pec also starts here.

In the village it is possible to visit Šumava National Park info centre, there is a grocery shop, post office, village office, tennis court (booking required) and a train station.

Tips for trips

Path of Forest Games, Stožec Chapel, water tourism Soumarský most - Pěkná, Lipno, Schwanzenberg Canal, Třístoličník - Trojmezí - Plechý, Plešné Lake, Dobrá - a listed village.

We prefer at least  one week stay from Saturday to Saturday

• e-kolo 15.-Kč/night

Village office spa is 25.-kč/night (from 18 year)

Reservation is confirmed upon receiving an advance payment of 50% of the total price.
